Personal Injury Case 2

Recent Cases

The Claimant was working in the packing department of a food processing plant, where, for most of her shift, she was required to assemble flat pack cardboard boxes.

To do this work she had to perform repetitive arm movements for prolonged periods of time, as a result of which she developed chronic pain in her shoulder and elbow. The medical expert evidence confirmed that her injuries had left her with a permanent weakness in those joints, which eventually led to her losing her job.

Following commencement of proceedings and subsequent exchange of expert’s reports, the Claimant’s claim settled in the sum of £68,000.
